There are currently four different scholarships available for
incoming, continuing and transferring International students at Santa
Rosa Junior College. All of the following scholarships are based on
grade performance. Most American colleges determine student performance
by using a Grade Point Average system, or G.P.A. This system calculates
all the grades you receive into an average. This average number is also
used to determine your eligibility for scholarships. Students with
higher grades are usually eligible for more scholarship money. Most
scholarships have a specific time period during each year when students
can apply. Your application must be submitted by the deadline to be
considered. We encourage you to apply for these scholarships:
The Doyle Scholarship
A generous scholarship with award amounts ranging from $1000.00 to

Students can re-apply for this scholarship each year. Incoming (new)

translated into English. You may be able to have a translation done in
your country, or you may need to contact companies in the U.S. for this
