Scholarships for Adult Reentry Students

There are many scholarship opportunities for the part-time and full-time adult reentry student. A complete list is available from Scholarship Programs at http://www.santarosa.edu/scholarship/.

Criteria include:

Reentry student (have reentered college after a significant lapse of time since last formal education).
Must have completed at least 12 units at SRJC.
Must plan to continue education at SRJC during the following fall semester, enrolling in at least 6 graded units.
Financial need is considered.
For transferring students, a minimum overall SRJC Grade Point Average of 3.00 and completion of at least 56 transferable units (24 of these units must have been completed at SRJC) by the end of the spring semester is required.

Application cycle is usually during the spring semester. Awards are made for the following fall semester.
