1.1 A master plan will be developed that clearly articulates the mission, overall goals, and planning priorities for the next five years that will facilitate student success and support the educational programs of the college. The Vice President of Student Services will lead a broad-based task force of managers, faculty, staff and student leaders through a planning process that will respond to the results of Program Review, the Institutional Planning agenda, component operational goals and emergent student needs. The master plan will identify specific facility, programmatic, technological, human resource, and budgetary implications. |

The results of Program Review, Master Planning, and changes in other district component structures will be incorporated in the process.
