1999-00 P4E Process

The President anticipates most 1999-00 Partnership For Excellence program proposals will be processed within existing college and component structures. However, he may propose P4E initiatives which may address activities and/or programs which either have been unforeseen or overlooked. Where appropriate, such initiatives may be assigned to an existing college component area.
