Ratification ballots will be distributed to AFA members starting on September 9, 2009, with a return deadline of Friday, September 18, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. Ratification of the Tentative Agreement is also scheduled as an action item on the agenda of the October 13, 2009 meeting of the board of trustees.
