Special Events Set-up
A Service Request Form should be submitted to Facilities Operations at least ten (10) working days before the event. Note: Two (2) separate requests will be needed if tables and chairs are to be delivered to the site. One request for the delivery and pick-up of tables and chairs (Warehouse staff), and one request for the set-up and take-down of the tables and chairs (Custodial staff).
