Due to heavy demand and to our limited staff, your request may not be completed right away. We process and assign service requests on a first-in, first-out basis. Exceptions to this rule are any matters which relate to the safety of students, staff or property, or have an impact on instructional effectiveness.
Requests for new construction or remodeling of space, should be submitted in writing on the Facilities Project Proposal Form (updated July 1998). It will be reviewed by the Vice-President of Administrative Services, the District Facilities Planning Committee, and the Board Facilities Committee. Depending on level of need and funding availability, your request will either be prioritized, approved and scheduled, or denied.
