District
Facilities Planning Committee
The Vice President of Administrative
Services co-chairs this committee and develops the agenda. It
meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 8:30 - 10:30
a.m. The Purpose of this committee is to provide
insightful advice to the administration and the Institutional
Planning Council for the necessity, rationale and functions of
either new construction, rehabilitation or remodeling of District
educational support facilities, and the protection of our architectural
heritage. It serves as a forum for the sharing and exchanging
of information relevant to District-wide facilities planning issues.
As co-chair of this committee, the Vice President of Administrative
Services works to have the District Facilities Planning Committee
(DFPC) involved in general planning activities, college space
analysis, and facilites planning process development.
