Install and maintain computing-related hardware for staff and faculty offices including desktops, laptops, servers, related peripherals, telephones, networking, and wireless.
Install and provide frontline college support for all software packages, including Windows/Macintosh OS's, e-mail, browsers, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Citrix, and college specific applications.
Design, purchase, install, and support institutional infrastructure, including telephone, voice mail, networking, and wireless.
Coordinate storage and secure redistribution of surplus computing and networking equipment.
Track computing-related fixed assets and corresponding warranties.
Serve on collegewide technology groups.
The Help Desk provides a common point of contact and end user support.
