Topic Summary

On a Cisco VoIP phone, you can forward your calls to any number by hitting the "CFwdALL" soft key on your phone. See the image below. Typically you will want to foward any incoming calls to voicemail. To do this:

 

  1. Hit the "CFwdALL" key on your phone
  2. Type 4999
  3. An arrow above your main line will now animate pointing to the right to show you your calls are now forwarded
  4. To cancel, hit "CFwdALL" again once
