Support type: Passwords: Changing Your Password

  1. This method for changing your password only works while connected to the SRJC network with a SRJC IT supported computer.
  2. Login to your computer through the normal process.
  3. Click on the Apple Menu in the upper left corner, select System Preferences. Click on the Accounts icon.

  4. Click on the Change Password Button.

    Click on the Change Password Button.

  5. Enter your Old Password, New Password, and verify the New Password.

  6. Click OK if you get a dialog about your "Keychain Password" being updated.
