Note the following when changing your E-mail / domain password:

You are required to change your password every 6 months. If you have changed your password within the 6 month time frame, the 6 month timer is reset.

Password must be at least six characters in length.

Password must include at least one uppercase letter, at least one lowercase letter, and at least one number or symbol.

Password must be significantly different than passwords you have used before.

Password must NOT be any part of your name or username.

You will only be allowed to change your password one (1) time during a 24-hour period.

If you experience any problems while changing your password, call the IT Help Desk at (707) 524-1765.
Password Messages on SRJC Supported Computers
- If your password is about to expire, you may receive the following messages on your PC or Mac on a SRJC computer
- If you are on a PC, click yes and then enter your Old Password, New Password, and verify the New Password. Click OK.
- if you are on a Mac, follow the instructions to change your password on a Mac on the SRJC network.
