Phone Call Detail Report Login Directions:

 

1.     Please go to http://bus-phonebuff/Login.aspx  

2.     At the login site enter your outlook username and password and click on “login”.

3.     After you are logged in you will see “Reports” and  “Phone Log”

4.     Click on Phone Log

5.     You will see the Monthly Calendar, just click on the day of each month for the time period you want.  (For example next report period is for 12/10/12-1/9/13 so you will click on the 10th of December and the 9th of Jan).  Use the < > arrows to go to different months.

6.     Then click on “Get Report”

7.     You will then see all the extensions, names and call detail that is under the cost center you manage.
