Topic Summary

Starting in January of 2013, IT will complete the transition from an old Citrix server to a new Citrix server. Most people will not notice any changes, however if you use a Personal Folder File (PST) through Citrix, you may notice that it is no longer listed when connecting to the new server.

To fix, see IT's support article on how to Add An Existing Personal Folder To Outlook 2010. Before following the instructions, be sure to connect to Outlook on the new Citrix server.
