Exchange/Outlook E-Mail accounts are provided to all regular classified staff, full-time faculty, and adjunct faculty upon request. Just fill out the form below.
Short Term Non-Continuing (STNC) employees will only receive an Outlook E-Mail account by special request from their supervisor. The supervisor must verify that they are requiring the STNC to have an Outlook E-Mail account because it is a requirement described in their job responsibilities.
The STNC will fill out the online form below and the supervisor will send the approval via their e-mail account to "help@santarosa.edu." If a form is received without a corresponding supervisor approval e-mail, the request will be dropped.
