Help Desk - Immediate Support

For all computer hardware, software, network, telephone, instructional lab, or instructor computer issues, call the IT Help Desk:

Regular hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Summer hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

IT is closed during lunch.

Help Desk Location

The Help Desk is located in 1434 Bussman Hall on the Santa Rosa Campus. Go through the double doors on the east side of Bussman Hall, closest to Doyle Library, then enter the door to the left. See the detailed map below.
