The IT Department has been notified of two maintenance windows in which the vendor that provides our telephone service will be performing maintenance on their equipment which is expected to cause the SRJC sites listed below to lose telephone service for a brief period during the maintenance window.
Tuesday, March 18 – Wednesday, March 19
Windsor Public Safety Training Center & Petaluma Campus
11:00pm (3/18) until 5:00am (3/19)
Integra (Telephone vendor) will be performing a software upgrade on networking equipment that is expected to interrupt phone service for 10-15 minutes sometime during the maintenance window. Staff working on the Petaluma or Windsor/PSTC campuses in the late night/early morning hours on the dates identified above, are encouraged to carry a cell phone, should they have a need to reach District Police during the very brief telephone outage.
