The IT Department has been notified of a maintenance window in which the vendor that provides our telephone service will be performing maintenance on their equipment which may cause the SRJC sites listed below to lose telephone service during the maintenance window.
Wednesday, January 29 & Thursday, January 30
Petaluma Campus & Windsor Public Safety Training Center
11:00pm (1/29) until 4:00am (1/30)
Integra (Telephone vendor) will be performing router maintenance that is expected to interrupt phone service for less than 10 minutes sometime during the maintenance window. Staff working on the Petaluma or Windsor/PSTC campuses in the late on Wednesday, January 29 or early morning on Thursday, January 30, are encouraged to carry a cell phone, should they have a need to reach District Police during the very brief telephone outage. Please distribute this notice to any staff expected to be working during these late-night/early-morning maintenance windows, to ensure they are notified of the potential service interruption.
