The IT Department has been notified of a maintenance window in which the vendors that provide our telephone and internet connections will be performing maintenance on their equipment which may cause the Petaluma Campus to lose telephone and/or Internet connectivity during the maintenance window.

Connection between Santa Rosa & Petaluma Campuses
Comcast (Network connection vendor) will be performing scheduled maintenance that is expected to interrupt network connectivity between the Santa Rosa and Petaluma campuses. SRJC maintains a backup link for this connection and we expect that once the maintenance begins, our connection will fail-over to the backup link. Although the backup link provides a slower connection, due to the time of day (12 midnight) we do not expect any impact on college operations.
Please distribute this notice to any staff expected to be working during the early-morning maintenance window, to ensure they are notified of the potential service interruptions.
