Instructions for Macintosh - connecting via the Web Client

  1. Make sure you are connected to the Internet.
  2. Point your web browser to: https://busapp01.santarosa.edu/remote (This link will open in a new window).
  3. Login with your Outlook username and password.
  4. Choose the application you wish to launch. For these instructions, we will launch Microsoft Word 2003. Click on Microsoft Word 2003.
  5. A window will pop up asking to trust a certificate signed by Citrix and authenticated by VeriSign. Click Trust.
  6. Finally, when a window pops up with our standard SRJC login dialog box, click OK.
  7. Microsoft Word 2003 will load in its own window. To close, click File, exit, or click on the close box on the upper right hand side of the window.
  8. During your Citrix session, you may be asked for CDM Read Access. This is to allow the program you are running (In this case, Microsoft Word 2003) to access your local computer. If you want this access, click Yes.
