Information on changing your passwordThis web page is designed to help walk you through changing your password based on your current circumstances. Answer the following questions by clicking on the answer provided. Question 1. What type of computer are you using? A few notes: If your password expires and you are NOT on campus, you will need to contact the Computing Services Help Desk to have your account reactivated at (707) 524-1765. If you try to change your password over the web and get the response object required your password may have already expired. If your password expires and you are on campus, you can attempt to login to a pc on campus and the pc will require you to change your password. The change password dialog will show up automatically. If you login using a guserXX account and are unable to change the password, your supervisor needs to contact the Computing Services Help Desk at (707) 524-1765 to change the password. NOTE: We will not at anytime ask for your current password while going through this process. The only time you will be asked is on the Password Change page. |
