Special Events Set-up



 To Obtain Services Call Ext. 4205

A Service Request Form should be submitted to Facilities Operations at least ten (10) working days before the event. Note: Two (2) separate requests will be needed if tables and chairs are to be delivered to the site. One request for the delivery and pick-up of tables and chairs (Warehouse staff), and one request for the set-up and take-down of the tables and chairs (Custodial staff).

  • Be sure to include the following:

    Exact location of event
    Diagram of set-up
    Exact number of tables, chairs, etc.
    Date and time of event
    Date and time of delivery, set-up, take-down and pick-up of the items needed.
    Special requirements
  • It is recommended that your staff call Custodial Services (ext 4205) at least one week before the event to coordinate the set-up arrangements.
  • Custodial services NOT available 1:30 - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday
