Frequently Asked Questions About Keys
1. I need keys to get into my classroom, where do I get them?Keys can be obtained by submitting a key request to Facilities Operations. 2. I submitted a key request form, how long does it take to get my keys?In a normal situation it should take about a week. 3. Where do I pick up keys?Once you receive a notification from Facilities Operations personnel you may pickup your keys, with a valid ID, at the Facilities Operations Department office.4. Can I send someone else to pick up my keys?You can send another permanent employee or an STNC, with a written note from you, but you cannot send a student. Students are not allowed to have/or be given keys to campus facilities. 5. What if my keys don't work?Notify Facilities Operations at extension 4231 and a correction will be made. 6. What if I do not receive a key that I requested?Notify Facilities Operations at extension 4231 and a correction will be made. 7. What if I discover that after I received my keys that I am in need of another key?You will need to fill out another key request form to request the additional key.
