I want to help make Day Under the Oaks 2013

A HUGE SUCCESS!

Please contact me about helping at one of the Information Booths at Day Under the Oaks May 5, 2013 as an Area Host or Information Booth Greeter
I am available to help during the following hours:
First Shift 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Second Shift 11:45 PM to 2:15 PM
Third Shift 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM

Please complete this form and then hit the submit button. Once we receive your Volunteer Form we will contact you to discuss the shifts that are available.

Area Hosts will welcome participants and help them find their places. They will remind participants of set up and tear down timing and insure the event is fully operating from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. They will also help attendees with directions and maps. Locations will be varied throughout the event.

Information Booth Greeters will greet the public, distribute programs and maps, and help our guests find what they want. They will also encourage folks to visit all areas of the event.

ALL VOLUNTEERS are encouraged to attend one of the Volunteer Training Sessions from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 24, or Noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 25. Location will be sent with your assignment. We’ll give you a preview of the event and you’ll meet your Team Leader.

To show our appreciation to all our volunteers, everyone who volunteers and works for just one two-and-one-half-hour shift will receive a Day Under the Oaks 2009 t-shirt, plus our appreciation for supporting this important event!

What size t-shirt shall we reserve for you?
