Bridging the Doyle Scholarship for 2012-13
The application cycle is now closed.
Applications will be availalbe June 1, 2012.

Applications for the 2012-13 SRJC Foundation Scholarship Program will be available online and in the SRJC Scholarship Office from January 4 through March 1, 2012.

Scholarship Application Forms

Applications may be printed out and completed in ink or typed. You may also fill in the information online by tabbing through the fields of the application form. Applications CANNOT be submitted online. You must print your application, sign on Page 2 and either mail or submit it in person to the SRJC Scholarship Office on the Santa Rosa campus or the Financial Aid Office on the Petaluma campus. If you have questions about which form to use, call the Scholarship Office at (707) 527-4740.

Use this application if you have completed at least 12 units at SRJC and plan to continue at SRJC during the 2012-13 academic year. A minimum 2.50 overall GPA is recommended. Overall GPA includes all course work completed at SRJC and course work transferred from other colleges into SRJC.

download icon2012-13 SRJC Foundation Transferring Student Application (PDF)
Use this application if you have completed 60 transferable units (at least 24 completed at SRJC) and will transfer to a four-year institution during 2012-13. You must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 to apply. Overall GPA includes all course work completed at SRJC and course work transferred from other colleges into SRJC. Applicants enrolled in less than 12 units (Spring 2012) must submit a Policy Appeal form with their application explaining the reason for less than full-time enrollment.
